FABO

Rooted in culture,
passion & connection.

DJ Fabo is a Cape Town–based DJ and professional sound engineer bringing together Afro House, Afrotech, Afrobeat and soulful electronic sounds to create high-energy, unforgettable experiences. Born in Angola and raised in Cape Town, his journey from the townships to the suburbs has shaped a sound and style that connects cultures, generations and dance floors.

With over a decade of experience behind the decks and in professional sound, Fabo has built a reputation for delivering refined musical selections, seamless transitions and an undeniable understanding of the crowd — performing across premium events, private celebrations, nightlife experiences, cruises and destination gatherings.

Beyond DJing, Fabo has shared stages and environments with some of South Africa's most influential names in music, including the late AKA, Cassper Nyovest, K.O, Des Les, Blxckie, A-Reece, Musa Keys and YoungstaCPT — moving effortlessly between Afro House, Afrotech, Afrobeat and commercial sounds while keeping his signature identity intact.
